Sweeping Services

Appliances include: Lined and unlined chimneys Multi fuel stoves Wood burners Open fires Gas stoves Biomass boilers, Agas and Rayburns.

£85 – Chimney Sweep and Fireplace Maintenance Inspection

£65 – Fireplace maintenance inspection and report
Applicable to chimneys / appliances that are deemed unsafe in accordance to the Health & Safety Act 1974 and have not been swept. This fee covers maintenance inspection, call out charge and report.

£85 – Call out charge
Whereby an appointment has been booked and the sweep is unable to gain access to the property due to non attendance or no entry instruction provided.

£85 – Cancellation Fee
Whereby an appointment has been cancelled with less than 24 hour’s notice.

£200 – Bird’s large nest removal including Chimney sweep 

£140 – Bird’s small nest removal including Chimney sweep

£150 – Camera Inspection Basic 
Includes chimney sweep. This is required before using camera equipment to clear the chimney prior to inspection. This is a basic camera inspection to assess the condition of your chimney. A show and tell with no faults.

£190 – Camera Inspection with Report
Includes chimney sweep. This is required before using camera equipment to clear the chimney prior to inspection. This is a basic camera inspection to assess the condition of your chimney. Faults will be recorded on the Fireplace Maintenance Inspection Certificate with a report.

Maintenance and Repairs

Price includes call out, labour for measuring, ordering and collecting materials and installation. Prices exclude products / materials.

£95 – Replacing fire rope

£95 – Replacing fire bricks

£95 – Replacing stove door glass

£95 – Replacing baffle plate

£65 – Reseal flue pipe joints

£65 – Installing Carbon Monoxide / Smoke Alarm

£65 – Stove accessories

On site stove repairs and maintenance work at time of sweeping

Rates applicable where maintenance inspection / chimney sweeping is carried out onsite and materials supplied. Prices exclude products / materials.
